a. How do the water jets massage?

AquaSage has five individual jets. The three centre jets, specialised MarkoJets™, spiral water to provide a pulsating body massage. The top and bottom jets offer a concentrated water spray massage that relaxes your muscles and warms your body.

b. How do you connect an AquaSage system?

AquaSage can be connected to new or existing showers and is connected with a diverter valve fitted between the shower rose or slide shower elbow and water supply. The diverter valve is connected to your existing plumbing and allows you the choice of your normal shower system or the AquaSage massage jets. The unit is then screwed onto your shower wall.

c. How do I connect my AquaSage to a slide shower?

AquaSage fits all slide showers by simply connecting the diverter valve to the slide shower elbow. If you have a situation where the elbow is located at the bottom of the slide shower, simply turn the AquaSage over and proceed as normal. (Refer Installation)

d. How do I connect my AquaSage to a FeltonmixTM system?

With the FeltonmixTM mixer you will need to purchase a FeltonmixTM diverter valve, which is compatible with our system. You connect the FeltonmixTM diverter valve to the FeltonmixTM mixer then follow the relevant AquaSage installation instructions.

Note: As you will not use the AquaSage diverter valve we recommend you keep it for future use in case of possible changes to your shower system. Disclaimer: FeltonmixTM is a registered trademark of Feltonmix Ltd

e. How do I connect my AquaSage to a shower rose?

AquaSage can be connected to new or existing showers and is connected with a diverter valve fitted between the shower rose and water supply. The diverter valve is connected to your existing plumbing and allows you the choice of your normal shower system or the AquaSage massage jets. Your shower rose is then screwed onto the outside of your diverter valve and the unit is then screwed into your shower wall with no re-plumbing required.

f. How do I adjust the jets vertically to suit my height?

The whole unit can be vertically adjusted by easily sliding the jets up or down a twin track system, which has a self-locking device. This makes the unit ideal for the whole family where height doesn't pose a problem.

g. How do I adjust the individual massage jets?

Each massage jet is individually adjustable. Not only can you adjust the direction of the jet but can change their relative location. To adjust the direction, subtly push the jet inwards to break the seal and turn it to your desired position. To change the location of the jets, unscrew the trim on the outside of the jets by turning anti-clockwise and remove the O-ring and jet eyeball. Place in the desired location and screw in clockwise.

h. How do I choose between using my shower rose (or slide shower) and AquaSage?

You can choose between using your shower rose (or slide shower) and AquaSage by rotating the diverter valve handle clockwise to use your AquaSage or anti-clockwise to use your shower rose or slide shower. You cannot successfully have both showers going at the same time.

i. How do I clean my AquaSage?

Simply unscrew the trim on the outside of the jets by turning anti-clockwise and remove the O-ring jet eyeball. The nozzles can be cleaned using a soft bristled brush. Reassemble and replace the jet eyeball and O-ring and screw the trim on clockwise. Mild liquid soap applied with a soft cloth is recommended for general cleaning.
CAUTION: Take care not to lose the rotor in the MarkoJets™ when cleaning.
